Travis Patterson, owner of Flaps 20 Sauce and Rubs and founding member of Gulf Coast Pitmasters will be at our store to provide your winning strategy to compete in The Fort Park's Steak Cook-Off on May 1st, or just to help you get it right on your next back-yard cook.
We'll be sampling results of ribeye provided by Spanish Fort Piggly Wiggly cooked over Jealous Devil Lump Charcoal during the afternoon. If you're thinking about competing, check out the Steak Cookoff Association website and get on board! The Fort Park's Steak Cook-Off
